Deep Gloss Ceramic Coatings ("Deep Gloss", "we", "us") operates a text messaging program in line with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.
We send text messages to customers and people who request a quote and explicitly opt in. Messages include quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, customer service replies, and, if you opt in to marketing messages, occasional special offers related to ceramic coating and paint correction.
You can opt in by checking one or both of the optional SMS boxes on our website quote form. Both boxes are unchecked by default. The consent wording on the form is:
Transactional: By checking this box, I consent to receive transactional messages related to my account, orders, or services I have requested. These messages may include appointment reminders, order confirmations, and account notifications among others. Message frequency may vary. Message & Data rates may apply. Marketing: By checking this box, I consent to receive marketing and promotional messages, including special offers, discounts, new product updates among others. Message frequency may vary. Message & Data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt-out.
You can also opt in by texting our published number or by giving verbal consent on a phone call, which we record in our system.
Message frequency varies with your requests and appointments and typically does not exceed four (4) messages per month.

Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT all work.

You do not have to agree to receive text messages to get a quote, book an appointment or do business with us.
Information collected through SMS opt-in is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share or rent your mobile number or SMS opt-in data to third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Our program works with major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
